FIRST DO
Big Dawgs:
Three rounds for time of:
45 pound Thruster, 35 reps
30 Pull-ups
Pack:
Three rounds for time of:
35 pound Thruster, 25 reps
20 Pull-ups
Puppies:
Three rounds for time of:
15-25 pound Thruster, 20 reps
15 Beginner or assisted Pull-ups
THEN DO
Big Dawgs and Pack:
Run 5 K. Yes, 5k. That’s 3.11 miles. You can do it.
Puppies and Buttercups:
Run 1-2 miles, depending on your ability.
