  • 30 walking lunges
  • 20 pull-ups
  • Run 400m
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Dips
  • Run 400m
  • 30 DB/KB swings
  • 20 Knees-to-elbows (or leg lifts if you can’t do KTE)
  • Run 400m
  • 30 atomic sit-ups
  • 20 Medicine Ball cleans
  • Run 400m
  • 30 Wall Ball Shots
  • 20 towel pull-ups
  • Run 400m
